The second is better, however, if you buy it, you should take out that onboard video card and buy something else.  ;)

You cannot play GTA IV with either of those  Anyway, the 2nd seems to be nice.

With them graphic cards, as Henry said.. you cannot play GTA IV. You'll need to upgrade the GPU and possibly the PSU aswell.

I suggest getting atleast:

2,6ghz duo core CPU

4GB ram ( DDR2 ) or 2gb ram ( DDR3 )

If you use much stuff 500GB HD atleast.

A video card around the class of an Nvidia 8800 atleast...

ALSO watch out what for PSU you get. Some are VERY  bad while others are VERY good

And then you can use it for some years probably... NVM, look at the rating the processors and other stuff goes, Very fast!

:ps:: Am I the only one who thinsk the 2 cases look like X360's ?

If you wanna buy a gaming pc, DONT buy from the store one .... they are shitty and expensive ..... if you "build" you're pc you will can put what components you want and its much cheaper !  :)
