Not kicked, but your position as Capo will be removed.

Quit being so bossy and quit acting like you know it all, and instead start acting like the soldier you are.
As a Sgarrista you're still able to send the newbies around, but know your limits.
Quit openly insulting server administration. Yes, you are allowed to have your opinions, but them you'll have to send to the designated E-Mail (even though I agree that they don't really read it).
With time and dedication, we may re-instate your former position within the group.
