★ Summarise a short background of your characters life(Minimum 200 words): Philip was originally known as charles into the state of argonath, flied in from India to fulfill his dreams he went on to the police, he recieved training there and was recruited into the Elite SWAT division where he had a small stay. Then he was recruited into a secret division of the SAPD known as the SADA where he did several recon work and realised that much was hidden from him, as a result he started some "illegal" businesses, he was caught and kicked out of the SAPD for them. He however had a established foot into them by his black businesses already, and started to involve himself into the large-scale exporting of heroin and weed. He was also known to carry out several high profile kidnapping and assassinations including a kidnapping of the president, A whole SWAT squad of 6 and daring assassinations over several state figures, including paid assassinations of several high profile targets such as the FBI director and the SAPD chief. He was also known for kidnappings however the records of the kidnapping were not many, as he managed to stay low from the cops while he contacted family members and such to fulfill any demands, whereas he often held grudges as well. Philip realized that his business was not spreading fast enough, as a result he then also got involved into legal businesses of casino and real estate however he used the two legal businesses to cover up his now huge empire of drugs.

 Weightning a 235, and quarter pounds...Hailing from Liberty City, USA. Lionel is a fine example of a community member, currently unemployed. His first ambitions were joining the police force, which happened but after a long time, he could have been a high ranked officer but breaking the law clouded people's opinion about him..."Mommy is that Arnold?" "Don't talk about that jerk! blabla...But an ol' good Arnold has a famous catchphrase: 'I don't give a damn!'
After getting trained in multiple things like shooting, arresting etcetera. He sucked in driving. But finally he passed the exam and got promoted to be a ready officer to serve his country. First Los Santos, then Las Venturas... He had good times and bad times, he was breaking the law again and banned from joining the United States of Argonath, but never got suspended in the force because he was a loyal, strong and organized. He was in the same time trying his shot in FBI, he decided to not go after the bureau and continue his job. He was also a supervisor of CMB! He received the award of the youngest governement employee ever in Argonath! His boss, InfernalCurse was a member of Ninja Pie forum, he had fun there and was proud of it. A few months later, he was a victim of a conspiracy, he got fired from all his duties: SAPD, NinjaPie, CMB everything he has accomplished in the past 2 years is BAM! NO-THING! He had nothing to do, walking in the streets begging for money, seeing what he had accomplished in 2 years is accomplished in 5 fucking months by other people. He had to take a break, HAD to take a break... After a long break, he returned to Argonath, he got welcomed by members, he got supported financialy, everything. He had two paths, now he's trying his shot in the dark path.
