Like the name says, it's more like a mod, based on Half-Life's Source Engine & Havok (Physics Engine).
Build things, play around with physics, very 'realistic'.

It's a f***ing awesome game but Andros makes it look like a pity version of 'The Sims' :D :D

Like the ? apartments, i got no idea who are living in them.
