I think imma become a werewolf. I might find myself in jail quite often once I join the Dark Brotherhood (As if the Thieves Guild wasn't enough) and if I manage to escape I still kinda gotta run for my equipment and then fight my way out getting a huge bounty on my head.

With the werefolf it won't be a problem. I escape, I transform, I run around berserk killing everyone while trynna get my stuff and at last when I'm out I transform back.

Only bad things 'bout being a werewolf is the fact that I have sleeping disorders (so no bonus from resting) and weakness towards silver. But then, who the fuck carries a silver sword anyway?

Bad idea. With Werewolf you never gain resting bonuses (15% faster skill increasing) and also youre quite weak.
You have literally NO HP REGEN and also your armor is low. I wouldnt do it that way unless that shit gets balanced by a patch.

True, however the resting bonuses ain't quite that high unless you got a wife, and in exchange for no HP regen werewolves can eat corpses to extend their transformation and gain health. Armor may be low, but it's better than being completely naked. It's not like I'd use the beast form in the middle of a bandit raid, I'd probably use it for either travel (faster than horses, yo) and of course escaping out of jail.
