So I finally bought that house in Windhelm. Took me 21k gold with all the upgrades.
It has 3 mannequins and a shitload of display cases, not to mention enchanting and alchemy stations behind a secret door.
Also has a lot of Wall mounts (I don't even have enough weapons to put there lolol) and shit.

Anyway, I removed every single one of my gems (80+ or so) and manually placed them into one of the display cabinets.
It took me like 10 minutes to do but when I was done it looked neat.
...Then when I exit and eventually enter the house again, EVERY SINGLE f**kING GEM was on the floor. Apparently the game loaded them before the cabinet.

I raged and sold them all.
The house is still great though.
