The only way you could of gained it higher is if there was some kind of a bug or glitch or you used the console..

My level still went up after I passed 81. Like I said, I was already around 70 or 73 when I skilled the last five magic schools.

I used tgm a few times to carry stuff from one house to another and also (I forgot it's name) the command to deactivate collision when I was bugged but never cheated anything.
Since I have my skills all 100 now I don't level fast anymore, but I get experience from questing, thus still leveling up further. Must be a bug then. Like I said, my version is still 1.0 (or 1.01).

I learned all the shit i needed to, now im starting to make opwn world game.... and.... it...is....called... LA FAMIGLIA DI ANCELOTTI! WOO SUCK ON THAT!

Oh, and its 3D btw.

It will take f**king alot time, firt i must greate the world, characters, animations on characters etc, graphics is fast part, i know how to make really nice graphics on photoshop, like skyrim has.
2500 guys makes a game in 2 years, im doing all shit alone, so im just saying, it wont be long game, like 5-10hours to complete.

Here is the first character with skeleton etc, i finished with my 3D modeling stuff for the game and i made grahics with photoshop.
Made it in this kind of pic form because i wanted to show ya.
