Well if Andros is not able to play, and Romeo isn't around, then Ancelotti is going to temporarily die off with a few guys keepin' the name going. The ones who are loyal enough to stick it out and reap the rewards later. You gain alot of respect in a group and criminal world when they see people who stick it out through the hard times and stay in a group for a LONG period of time. When groups begin to die off, it needs to have the old respectable members back to pick it up. Same thing could apply to Gvardia, say Cofi stopped playing, well there is still Eugene who is incredibly well known Gvardia boss to keep it going. Yea plenty of groups have an underboss...but that underboss needs to make a popular name for himself, and unless this happens in Ancelotti it probably wont be back to constant activity until Romeo returns. Goodluck anyway.

Also note, when I was in Ancelotti a long time ago, the group died just like it is now. I was a normal soldier in the group and I recruited GOOD roleplayers and friends. We got the group going again. All about respect and dedication guys.

Man, Stracci was unoffically dead till few weeks ago, when it all got started by Tony who was something like capo, and then continued by me and Ints. Point is, it's possible to get back on the feets no matter of leaders activity.
