Tom Adams was born in 1989, at Vice City, Ocean Beach. He grew up without his father who died in gangwar with local gang called Haitians. When he was 18, he became unemployed after gradulating school and he started to search for a job. After short period of time he became a weapon dealer near the Docks. Adams' was working as weapon dealer for 2 years but when his supplier died he had to quit this job as none else didnt have so good weapons as he did. Again Tom became unemployed and local members of Cuban gang invited him to become their drug dealer. Tom earned lots of respect and contacts until Cubans moved away.Tom took every penny out of his bank and bought tickets to San Andreas. Once Adams' arrived at San Andreas, he started to work for Sir Romeo Ancelotti whom he knew back from the Vice City days. After some time, Tom was recruited by local police force and he had to join them as they left him no choice. I spent couple of years in the force until I found a way out of there. After becoming unemployed again, he decided to get back on the old way - sell drugs. Drug dealing became a good business until he found himself in good financial positsion and then he realized it is time to stick to his roots - the Ancelotti family.

Lionel's childhood was pretty much like everyone's childhood, he enjoyed life and had big dreams. He dreamed of being a police officer, motivated by the famous TV show "Mojak". He completed both primary and secondary education in Spain, and moved to the United States of Argonath for college education. He specializes in vehicle engineering. Upon his arrival to the USA, he officially changed his name to "Rudy Russell", in order to prevent racism and finally be considered as a regular citizen. He received both his passport and driving license in 2010, after few months in prison due to the fact Lionel caused a fire explosion at his vehicle company. The company he worked for terminated his contract. Three months after, it was declared bankrupt.

The adult was unemployed, but he didn't forget that he had a diploma in vehicle engineering, so he attempted to pursue happiness, and he succeeded. He was hired as a vehicle engineering supervisor at BCPD, a department that doesn't exist now due to a major SAPD reformation. He changed his name, once again, to Lionel Valdes. Months went by and Lionel called it a day: he quit San Andreas Police Department. Months ago, he resigned from his CMB position which was "supervisor". After few months, he decided to join Ancelotti as a trial member, he hasn't participated in many events, but he was known for his interactivity and eagerness to learn.

And today he seeks for a return, for new friends, challenging experiences and a lifetime joy.
