What Image manipulation programme are you all using?

Capo Crimini -

Leader of the group, founder of the group.

Capo Bastone -

Status: IC Family member.

Responsabilities: Help the group out when required.
Complete jobs that the boss is unable to.
Must take an active part in the groups management.


Consigliere -

Status: IC Family member.
Veteran group member - Trusted.

Responsabilites: To advise the Don.
Represents the groups at meetings the boss does not attend.
Sorts problems between the family/with other factions.
- Advises the family on the subject of Business.
Must own a stable/permenant roleplay business which can be used frequently by the family.

Constabile -

Status: Veteran group member - Trusted.

Responsabilities: Takes financial care of the family.
Has part-control in the family business/keeps track of the money.
Advises the family on financial gambles, such as investing in a new business.
Must own a stable/permenant roleplay business which can be used frequently by the family.


Caporegime -

Status: Veteran group member.

Responsabilities: Lead the groups lower ranks.
Is responsable for the Soldiers of the group.
Must arrange activities for group members/events.
Must lead the members/keep the members in line.

Sgarrista -

Status: Promising group member.

Responsabilites: Maintain a promising roleplay attitude ingame.
Do not start trouble with other groups/listen to and respect the higher ranks.

Piciotto -

Status: Group Muscle.

Responsabilites: Maintain a promising roleplay attitude ingame.
Respect / Listen to higher ranks ingame, do what is asked of you.

Thank you guys, i already have been in some extremely good roleplay, and some fun experiences, please help me make my way up in Ancelotti, and help me do right, this is a brillant chance, and i dont want to blow it, thank you   and is there any training i can go to up-rank as such?
