Ranks aren't everything, trust is key. When you have trust, ranks cannot account for the bond you have between the person who trusts you.
To earn a rank you must show respect towards all new comers, show exemplary roleplay skills, and maintain a professional attitude.
By up keeping the follow criteria you may be eligible for promotions, though I am not fully-well associated with the way Ancelotti promotions work I can't give you a full note of that. Keep these notes in mind, and follow them well.
