I have been begged for money and guns from a lot of Members, If you don't have money .. Whats the point in joining a mafia, I don't understand.

I'm fed up with it and I am thinking to de-ranking myself so I don't have to care anymore.

Alright time for me to not be nice anymore. Im so sick of people begging for cash and disrespecting each other. Im sick of all the flame between everyone, we are a god damn group we need to work together and have an open mind on it.

I'm going to write up a little guide on what is expected from Ancelotti's.

The Ancelotti Family is merely a criminal business group, which deals in weaponry, narcotics, protection, ect... But when not performing such duties, Ancelotti soldiers are to act as they would if they were a normal businessman. Businessmen would not be caught running around a crowded area with an M4 blasting the shit out of people, as it would ruin the business they worked for.

When suspected, you should do your best to evade the cops, using guns if necessary (with the aim to escape, and not to add time to your /rhl.) to escape, and not as an excuse to kill bluemen as it gives all groups a bad reputation. Also, If you are to see an enemy in the street, you pass them by as though they were just a normal person unless told otherwise by HIGHER RANKS. Killing enemies will be punished if it is unauthorized by the group council, and if it is un-necessary.

Our aim is not to be mere murders, as a family, killing someone should only be done if it is really required - that goes for cops too.
When you're not on duty for the family, you'll be expected to continue your role as an average citizen... drive a cab, be a cop, open a donut shop.. roleplay being a normal person, and when the family calls upon you to do duties, you do your job for us.

Not enough families operate this way, and I think it's about time we did.

I'm open to suggestions on how we may improve roleplay in the family, feel free to post them here.

Ancelotti Member managers and commission members - If you see anyone flaming, disrespecting, refusing to follow orders ect... Slam them with an iron fist, don't take shit. I refuse to lose respect due to low ranked members. If you see any of that, take action you feel appropriate, or mail me evidence and I'll deal with it.

It really sucks to see you go Pepe. But when something gets too tough you have to stand your ground. I remember when i was in Ancelotti before and everything got bad. I left. But i am back and had to work my way up again. Good Luck out there Pepe, you have my support as a friend.

Did you just attack me? I have been trying to keep this family calm. Don't ever attack me again Kris...i never use my rank as any excuse. If i did i would have been a total asshole to EVERYONE. Unless you can provide evidence that i was using my rank to my advantage. Which is impossible because you my friend are wrong. Older members...i have been around this family WAY before Pepe even joined Argonath. Get your facts straight Kris. Romeo depends on us to keep Ancelotti going, i try to maintain organization and have in fact been working on new things for the family. As for the others, im not looking over their shoulder because i expect people to be fricking mature. Clearly i should not expect that of people because you prove my high standards of people is wrong. First of all I didnt say you abused your rank, I said you just sometimes go a little far too away somewhere there in the clouds. Second of all about what I said about the members, there are some members who just cant go on with other members. Also I didnt atack you. I just said that SOMETIMES you just start going bossy mood. Start telling us what to do and shit. I really respect the members of the family, we had great RP but suddenly Romeo started acepting everyone, all the sudden *BOOM* a whole bunch of new guys that eaven get higher ranks then others, and start bossing us. I liked my rank as footsoldier because I had some freedom, had to do your dirty shit. I do this IRL I do it IG too. So please do not question, judge my ways please.
