I didn't mind you Kris, i got bossy because everyone started arguing. I was happy to see you not jump in to the flame fest. Mean while im trying to get people to shut up for a few minutes to sort shit out. Pepe left because of New members, well they are NEW and need to be trained. Help them roleplay and all. If there is a problem go to a higher rank that can handle it. There is a Hierarchy for a reason. I tell people what to do when it gets out of hand. Nobody respects anybody. I warned multiple times im gonna go back to my old self. I went on a kicking spree awhile ago. Before you were in the Family Kris. One girl became a total jerk and well..bye bye to her. I kicked her twice and Andros re-recruited her twice. Funny how she isn't around anymore eh? . I try to help people out, but when my PM is full of people asking for help and the CB is full of flame...you see why i would become a prick to people. But good luck to both of you.
As for Jimmy and Philip, shame you both went. I had a lot of faith in you Jimmy and you lost it and you will not get it all back. Enjoy the Switch back to Stracci.

Yes, Jimmy. You we're all of a sudden acting like Spagbob by flaming Hwaldar, flaming Ancelotti and whole of argo.
Also it disturbed me that you said you had Spagbob in your house and then denied you said it. (Which made me think you went to the can or something and Spagbob took over your account).

Well yes, there is much problems, but i'm thinking how to fix them at the moment.

First of all, if someone begs weapons, you don't have to share yours with them, those are your weapons, not them.

Most of the problems are caused by behavior of some members.
Because some members doesn't listen, AT ALL.
For example, once there was one Kidnap/meeting what ever it was can't remember, i told people to come there, but only like 2 came there, thats rule breaking, because you must respect higher ranks and listen their orders.
And once one wanted revenge kill and i said that he can't do that, and he still did it.

Maybe biggest problem is that some people doesn't help other members when they need to.
Example: One guy needs some serious help, and is asking it in CB, and some of you are IG but you still don't answer or anything, then when you need help and you are asking it, no one is helping you, and then you flaming, moaning, and other stuff.

I have seen that ALOT.

And some people has problems with their anger, if you are angry or something, just close the game and come
back after you've calmed down.

So, maybe these will fix those:
1. If you are angry, close game and come back after you've calmed down.
2. Do not beg weapons, if you need them I can give, but only when you really need them.
3. You MUST help others when they need it.
4. If someone who has commissionry rank, asks something, you must listen.
5. And last, just try to follow rules.

Yea im trying, but im being criticized for it. Read peoples posts above.  :roll: . I won't give up on the Family. It needs people who are loyal, have a good understanding of things and all that.
