Depends on which Ancelotti Romeo named it after, the GTA one or the Chealsea dude. In GTA4 its clearly pronounced "An Se Lotti" and "An Che Lotti" in the other case.

As I said, it depends on the accent. The Chelsea Ancelotti will be pronounced differently as it is mainly spoken in England, meanwhile the Italian American accent will pronounce it differently.
