Aaha i waited for something like this from anyone. Few reasons. First is, you left multiple times, when you return you work your way back up. You do not immediately get your rank back. Two it was quite generous for us to put you there where it is now, since you left...you should be 1-2 ranks lower. Three, there are others in the family who are much more loyal and have been in the family very long and deserve a chance at promotions. The new thing about these ranks....If you fail to do your job, then you get demoted. Also Tenente is not low at all....
Also for the Capo's and Tenente's i have been typing up a guide for each in Microsoft Word. When im done ill send them out to you guys. Just so you know what you can do and what you cannot do. Its not fair if your slacking and you et demoted and you have no idea what your supposed to do in the first place  .

They took me and Jake to Bone county, buried jake and then got me and tried to bury me, but i just fell to the ground and then Martu hit me with the shovel and panda shot me. Was fun, except Kirby said i cant rp for shit o.o....and he was 'power gaming'. I was actually putting in s/f etc...Either way JayL, and martu were a ton of fun

--Ancelotti Warning System
The warning system was implemented primarily because of the fact that Ancelotti members were starting to show complete disrespect towards each other and were not obeying leader's orders. So this has been implemented to counteract what has occurred in the past and try to prevent it in the future.
-1st Warning
If you happen to disrespect someone and have no real reason why or the reason is incredibly messed up you will be given a verbal warning to counteract your behavior.
-2nd Warning
Now you have just broken a rule or have disregarded the code of conduct on a second offense. This right here is like a Felony you will be punished within the family for your actions. If you are going to do the crime, be prepared to do the time well punishment. The 2nd warning is usually a Demote or a type of probation. Where if its serious you may be told to remove the tag and when your probation time is up may put it back on.
-3rd Warning
So if you make it this far it's either a Serious demote, very long probation or a kick from the Family. If you happen to get a Demote, expect it to be a very serious Demotion. If you are on probation, you may be kicked out even if you do something small wrong. If you happen to be kicked, you may re-apply in two weeks. Also if you are on your final warning if you mess up again it's a immediate Kick even if you are on probation or got demoted.
