Yes, Should have Pictures for Solid evidence, i mean not them shooting the Stracci, we would need their /crime and the Conversation between you and them. Also if you do not have pictures, Talk directly to a Commission Member or Romeo about it. If you have Pictures you would send them to a Capo, then Commission and them One of them would contact Romeo so he stays informed. Makes a Chain of Communication. You sending the info to a Capo AND Commission member allows for them to be able to talk and whichever gets it first can issue a punishment. Preferably you would contact them VIA forum PM. But yea, Contact a Capo+. unless a Tenente is on and witnesses it aswell, then he/she can take care of it.

Having forums made by members as a group community board is usuall a nice short term luxury, as the member will usually wish to try some other rp career and we lose all the work, I'd prefer we use this topic as we have always done, and I will perhaps myself invest in a private forums in future. Xander, your work in my absense is much appreciated, keep it up.
