There is a gang named Hell Angels in my country. There is others like Banditos, and 3 others but can't remember.

Looks like there is many gangs with same name, because its in your country, and in my country, and i can remember hells angels were in one other country too.
And Banditos is not only in this country i'm sure i have heard its in few other countries too.

It's a condition of me not being banned for two months. 
The IG ban wasn't justified so Gandalf straightened it out by serving the correct punishment.
