Read the criteria. It clearly states 250 words plus. You can't complete that you wont go anywhere with the family.

Why do you wish to join the Ancelotti Family?: Well, I left Argonath two months ago, now I am fresh and full of RP desire, and right now I think Ancelotti is the only organization who could grant me the wish..
What is your Civilian job, and do you agree to work at it when not on family duty: As Silvio just arrived from Italy, he has no job, yet.

Please write a short story portraying the IC background of your character(Minumum 250 words.):
Silvio was born and raised in Napoli, there he worked as a personal driver of an old don, and learned how to treat a gun and any problem that stumbles upon him. He was incredibly loyal to the boss, which made others hate him. Don unfortunatly died before getting a chance to get Silvio made. The day he died, new boss ran Silvio out of the country, and was told to never come back.
Silvio bought a ticket and got himself a tourist visa to visit America, which he did not intend to leave.
There he came with nothing but a bag in his hands, wishing to live the part of the dream everyone talks about in the old country.
So, since there was nothing else he is qualified for he wants to start over, working for the Family from the old country - Ancelotti.
He's ready to do anything to become a made man this time. Anything..

I think people should still apply here, but the applications should be quoted & discussed on our private forums to decide whether the person is accepted or not.
