Cutt3r's keeping Flaken banned even though he's not actually banned. Apparently if a brother is banned it means that all accounts on the IP must remain banned, even though in the past there have been hundreds of exceptions.  :neutral:

I know right. MANY TIMES. My brother was unbanned last time, but now he can't make another request till I can....
