RuneScape is best free MMORPG for me. It's just a browser game ... but real fun. There's a shitload to do ( not only killing to level up or traiding )

Star Wars Galaxies. It's actually a great game as long as you get into it. Being stronger and stronger.
Or maybe World of Warcraft. I never really been a WoW made, but there's this guy gave me 2 accounts with like 3 level 80's on each. But as I'm too bad in WoW, I'm running around getting killed by wolves and trolls and asking newbies to help me find the right way. Otherwise, it's fun to move around with a pet and help people.

that's true, there was many MMORPG's before WoW, but WoW is bigger then any MMORPG has been before. For an example, LOTR online is a ripoff from WoW. The interface, all buttons, the types, everything.

Well, let me say my opinion as i have played Lotro , Wow, Warhammer, Lineage, Guild Wars, MU

Lotro- Rippof Wow, Dungeons sucks, just hack and slash, If it wasnt The name Lord of the rings i guess that game would fail fast.

Warhammer- Copied Wow a lot, i mean everything except dungeons ;D, No skill requires to beat someone as its always 10vs10 or more, also no skills like stuns, fear e.t.c

Lineage- Sucks a lot,No skill required to be Pvp King starting copying Wow a lot, as my friends are playing 5 years and know what Lineage added after Wow came out

Guild Wars- Uhm is that an MMORPG at all? 20 lvl cap? 5-6 skills at bar? nah , fails

MU - Diablo-like MMORPG, i actually like it very much

WoW - Uhm, best pvp game, best end game continent, over 11 million players , simply Wow beats all MMORPGS

runescape it's really cool, there's a lot of stuff to do, a lot of skills to level up, it's always upgrading...
u never get bored, i stopped playin bcuz it was TOO obsesive u know :P
i lost more than a couple of years playin that.
anyway, i dont really know whats the default mmorpg, but i know runescape is one of the best, if it isnt the best xD

Its generally accepted that Runescape fails.
However, if for any reason you must have any MMO, no matter the (lack of) quality, then Runescape is a rather nice free browser game.

Sadly, the graphics make my eyes melt into my jaw socket.
