Breaking news:

The cathedral church of San Fierro was restored to the Archbishop of San Fierro, Pope Janek I today. In a shock change of events, the squatters who had been holding the church for the past 3 months gave up today, and left the church with their hands raised high above their heads.

The cathedral was built over 500 years ago under the reign of Pope Elrond I of Argonath, the first pope of the Argotican Church.

Pope Janek today said "It's a great day, and we're pleased to be able to use our church once more. The seat of San Fierro is once again safe, and the people of the city can live and worship without fear."

It is a surprise move and comes only one day after The Reverend Jonathan Kolta was appointed Archbishop elect of Los Santos.

He will be installed in the New Year. The Cathedral in Jefferson will be the location.

San Fierro Cathedral will be reconsecrated in a special ceremony in the New Year. Argotican spokesmen are quoted as saying "The cathedral will be consecrated again, and it will be called The Metropolitan Cathedral Church of St Gimli".
