Any car can drift, it all depends if you can control it.
I drift easily with a Savanna, and many complain it's too hard to use.

But the video you showed us named tokio drift: they use car mods or a hack to change the gravity i think it is, so it will like slide on the ground to drift, i think there is a video with dr11fteee drifting with those "hacks" on , that looks completely like the video you showed.
