You are smart Grizz <3. Do note IQ doesn't range knowledge; it's ability to process information and conclude results from that information. It has nothing to do with how smart you are... just capacity really.

It gave me 160+ but my IQ from an actually approved standardized IQ test is 124.

It's a game with a legitimate underlying attempt to obtain illegitimate information. From a site claiming to be legitimate and a valid authority; when it's clearly not.
