They are totally new and dont have any friends.
No one to play with, just people on their own!
They can read the rules, but the chat is damn spammed always.

The GOOD new players are getting ignored...
The BAD new players are getting kicked/banned by adminstration

The problem we need to work on, is welcome the new players - explain them things.
We have like average 60 people on, can't one of these 60 people help a new guy?
Because if you help him, he will come back - become a regular and in the end he will help another new player.

I think that should give you a good feeling...

You -> help new player > gets regular > helps another new player

Example is when I look in the past...
'brainiac220' guess who's that, it's [WS]Brainiac, he came here as a total noob how you call it.
I was running a taxi company, gave him the chance to learn to roleplay etc etc.
Later it ended in the fact he had more then me...
Higher rank in ARPD and he became admin...

That is what you guys can reach - help new player, make them good roleplayers.
And after that... be PROUD on yourself....

And then arrogancy is not a problem, when you just say on time like:
"I have learned Brainiac how to do stuff in this server "

Guys, it's NOT one servers problem that makes Argonath go up and down, it's still the Community's problem!! However SAMP server may effect more then the other COS most people play there and can easy find in through the Official SA-MP list and connect most things to it!! Many players are actually playing on an other Argonath server..

People... people... srsly... We already know what the problem is...  Now we must find a solution to it. We CAN'T stay stopped. We must think, plan and do it.
Everything has a solution and giving up is NOT one. If we give up, it's over, and there's no return. If we continue to think, plan and do it we CAN keep this server alive and running.

We made mistakes, like we always do. We can fix them. If we can fix Earth we can fix Argonath for sure.
We NEED new players, teach them how-to-roleplay and they to do the same to future new players. Preventing new players from joining would make this community end for sure.

People need change, don't moan about that freeofficer, you can help him, everyone are 1 time freeoficer. CBF/Flameman/Austin/Vince/Pancher, the holl team of the ARPD, now come some new players, and they joined the ARPD, and what get they, flaming/moaning/spam about they are bad. I'm don't think the new players will help this, better help them, it don't help as you moan only...

We all loose our temper, we all want respect but it's no reason to give up. Times get hard but you still can't give in.
