Foster Valley is owned by [AV]Melvin. Whether it says Stracci on it or not, it is owned by [AV]Melvin. [AV]Melvin is also banned from ArgonathRPG, and I doubt he will ever be unbanned as what he did was malicious.

Besides,  it would take me around 5-6 hours to recreate all of the San Fierro map to include the foster valley area.

Then I will take 5-6 hours of my time to do it for you

Unfortunatley I'm not going to add any type of housing such as Excel's. This being due to the simple fact it is too small. It will be barely noticed, and I will have to use ridiculously small sized fonts to try to fit it in.

Also, I imagine if everyone who was a mobster posted their houses, the whole map would be filled with small blips. It would need constant adjusting because of mobsters selling their house's.
