Well first of all its called San Andreas Mobster Map and not Wash's map.Melvin does own the building in Foster Valley and as long as no other mob owns a house there these two buildings belong to the complex,thats why its called complex.Also in Verdant Bluffs i saw Araatus territory.I have seen the place,its a japanesehotel which is not owned by anyone.Since they don't own it how can they claim it their territory.In your map rules its clear that the mobster MUST own the building.You should stop adding false territories.  :poke:
