No It will not be, I will make careful decissions and will ensure that they are respectable. I will also ask admins If possible if they could share anything such as previous incdedants.

Still not a good idea IMO. Make an application, It takes literally 1 minute. Dont recruit random people. People will check out the topic, if they like it, theyll post an application. There is where you make your "carefull decision", because they might give you a good first impression, but it can fall afterwards. Trust me, make an application form, you wont regret it.

Well if they pmed me I would interrogate them for sure, I actually forgot the form, but ill also  make 1 in  a bit. ty.
