Even though you pay for guns now, they don't even cost much M4 is what like 800$ I think for 50 Rounds that's cheap as hell.
Cops having discounts would cause moaning as it's unfair.

Cops do not get discounts for local gun stores. They get given standard weapons by the force.

Hmm, there is a fair point but I might have another suggestion:

Possibly, active accounts on the server that have been playing for say, at least a week (or two...) can have access to some moderate weapons for their use. Maybe like unlocking them. You could also have different stages of weapons that you can unlock over time, this might prevent people from abusive deathmatching and prove who really is a true player.

Bring more RP? Elaborate on this as I cannot see how in hell it will bring more RP.  RP comes from your imagination not the scripts.  I could RP a shitload of stuff using just /me.

I disagree with this idea cause if i wanted to get new account and i need to wait along time to get a m4.Plus it wound discourage new players to join

If cops are given standard weapons by force, and they use "more powerfull weapon than they are supposed to"; Stubby vs. pistol..
Do they get punishment for that (ARPD Members)?? :p
And also IMO M4 with 50 bullets, 800$? :s That's a little bit too cheap, maybe more like 1.5k :p
