samp starting problems+laptop shit

i need some help again,
this afternoon i was playing samp all went fine, als my laptop user account worked perfectly
i closed it and some hours later my little brother has been playing(not sa)
and now i wanted to go on for a while again

but at once my laptop user account is put into temporary again,
which means you cant save anything, every time you login again everything you did is deleted,
also means it has to load main screen, which takes couple of mins, homepage is the asus site
and it keeps annoying with some dumb message

how can i get my laptop user account to a full account again?

and as second:

it all also screwed my San andreas, i wanted to play at first, but if i pressed official list it searched on master server,
but it didnt gave any results,
so i re-installed San andreas, samp 0.2.x and also downgraded sa again
a while later i could add favorites again, so i added Argonath
and i did get results so i thought its fixed,
but when i tried to enter it just doesnt start at all

how can i fix this?

SA:MP is currently down.

but, to change yoru account type, goto Control Panel, and then the users and accounts panel

then how come i see ppl inside samp?

and at the account type,
i know that one, but that only gives standar user and administrator possibility,
im already an administrator, so that should be fine

at the left i got the option:
advanced stuff about your profile

if you go there you get a little screen
will show temproray

SA:MP servers are offline for an unknown reason. theres no ETA or anything.

The servers are fine, its just the masterlist hosts.. you can still get onto servers, just add the IP into favourites and join from there..

and also samp works now
