This is actually encouraging a human to go and kill himself, which IS against the law in most countries. If we hear news that Josh has killed himself and/or attempted to kill himself, you can be held liable under Australian law and most other law to be accountable for his death and/or attempted suicide, can be charged with criminal offences and face over 5 years in prison if sentenced.
