Is this nametag mod allowed? ((SEE SCREENIE PLS))

Basically, Ive created a mod for SAMP, that replaces the SAMP-style nametag with the MTA:SA style.

A side effect of this mod is that i can see spectator names circling above me.

I dont know how to fix this, but if its not allowed, please tell me.

EDIT: according to this topic: http://www.argonathrpg.eu/forum/index.php?topic=23958.0 , mods are allowed if they dont change the handling of SAMP, appearance only.

EDIT: got banned today because of this mod, so i guess its not allowed, maybe there was a confusion.

Seeing if someone is spectating you is strictly forbidden, i request you deleting the link and "continuing" the work on mod in the turn of avoiding looking, if someone spectates you. It may be abused much.
But the mod itself looks nice. But still, please do how i said.

Cool "modification" anyway, if you fix it so it's only the text and the bar that changes.
