I have 2 favorites, and all have their reasons:

1. Desert Eagle - It is reliable, with great firepower, slow, but practicable, and easy to use and RP with.
2. AK 47 - If RP'ed properly with, like a real gun, it is the best gangbanging gun there is. Cheap (sort of), usable, durable.

Not that I am a low skill shooter, but because everyone I have 'fights' with ingame, have huge lag. (Gvardia being a main example -_-')

When you die, you die, dont find excuses.

Voted for M4 and Deagle, but mostly use combat.

Well, IMO, the weapons are so cheap because of the cheap "ammo" buy.

For example, the AK-47 is 2500$ ( example ) and the refill is 50$.

So a pretty smart guy sells it for 300$ + 1 ammo clip. The guy who bought the weapon will go to an ammunation, to buy more ammo, just 150$, and does the same and sells it for 300$ too...

Guy A = 2500$
Guy B = 300$
Guy C = 300$
Guy D = 300$
etc.

Because of all the weapons dealing others will sell lower and lower, because eventually everyone knows whos very cheap. then weapons get selled for 75$, maybe even lower with limited ammo.

Guy E = 240$
Guy F = 180$
Guy G = 100$
Guy H = 75$

... Then the first dealers start to see it and lower their price drastically too:

Guy A = 60$
Guy B = 55$

etc...

This happens on Argonath just like the drugs. But instead of drugs, weapons loses its worth fully. All is cheap everyone buys weapons everyone is armed. Of course thats all cool, so is the ammo system but you should either higher the prices of the ammo OR delete that idea. That way an  AK-47 will be more likely be sold for 100$ per bullet. ( 83$ is value of a bullet without ammo refill. )

The bug is that you have 30 AK-47's worth of 2500$ and buying one ammo clip of 50$ can double it. One way is to divide ammo and weapons...

The weapons should cost more so people don't walk around with shotguns, M4's and dual uzi's 24/7.

Most interesting is the cause, low prices which guess what, is CRIMINALS fault for getting prices reduced.
I actually agree that some weapons ought to be higher priced, but to do so fairly would mean having to remove all weapon stocks, also the ammo purchase is under review as it is being abused

I cannot make decisions on this level alone and it is already one of the topics that has been discussed briefly for future re-development.

If possible, please make the prices like back in RS3.

I use Deagle and SMG in drive-by's.
Like Squeak said in the first page, SA:MP 0.3 will have duals guns single handed like 9mm's until you reach the Hitman Level.

Yes, but the worst part will still be there, that you can run in circles with them, which most people do.
