As soon as you login, type invent and record down the ID's of your possible house or business.
Inform a level 4+ admin about the ID's so that they can change the property names if that is what is causing the crash.
If this fails, ask a level 3+ to teleport you ASAP as you login, as it may be that the area you are in, is bugged.
If all else fails, see if a level 6+ admin can get access to your player file and then do something that way.
