well , when people make a unban request topic , people gonna start a bullshit comment which cant help the banned person or admins..
my idea is when som1 make a unban request topic no one can replay/post (auto locked), only admins and the banned-person can replay/post
why this idea?
its better for the banned person.. and also admins can talk normaly and easy..
if there anything would someone want talk about the banned person (a report or somthing)? -->( not good luck >.< )

everyone can write in each unban request.. when forum rules are being broken, use "report to moderator" button at these posts. our moderators check that option few times daily (they even get an email about reported post).
