I was unaware Kejuan (Hiricine) was banned from the forum. . . . I thought he was a fun guy, little crazy at times, but in a good way. He was a real character, unlike noone else, which is a good trait in today's world, and in some respect, a very bad one. I belive he is able to make an unban request after his last one? Gimli said a month? I don't recall him being forum banned, isn't his forum account active anyway?

I'm somebody who got deathmatched atleast 30 times (perhaps even 50) by him, and he lied about what happened every single time. He /q abused more than 20 times when I nearly killed him. Ofcourse he used to do these things more when you and his other friends were not around. So if you wouldn't be his friend, you would have more knowledge how he really is. You would know about the real abuse he's been doing and how big of a liar he is.
On top of that, he's always talking about drugs in /p. He got warned not to do that by Celeborn, to my knowledge, about 5 times. When Celeborn left, he started talking about it again, every single time. As you're his friend, you should know that he was a junkie a month ago. Perhaps you know but junkies have a tendancy of lying. So, did he stop doing drugs every day?
I don't give a shit of what you or anyone else thinks of me saying this. All I know is that there are many little kids playing on the server and I wanna make sure they're not being exposed to a junkie talking about drugs. I also don't want any other players to loose a little bit of interest like I had, for playing on Argonath, because of some junkie spilling lies after abusing them.

New additions to some rules now highlight promoting things like drugs or a alcohol, also he was told that he should not play under the influence of drugs. Which also says something to people who attack his habits with drugs, mainly weed. Freedom of choice.

Promotion of usage of alcohol, drugs and other stimulating substances. We respect the freedom of choice, however people should be respecting that others who have different beliefs and choices have this right as well

Apology is not accepted. From what i've seen on forums, several times of his ban and behaviour, he didn't changed, although he was banned more than 3 times. And, from waht i remember, he already had his "last" chance.
