Only to change interiors...it was locked yesterday to prevent people with custom interiors bothering admins to change it and wanting their old one back today...

One noticeable affect of the removal of the minimap blips. Lots of cops on the radio saying:
"This is unit XX disengaging from chase, lost visual of the suspect, over"

This can be interesting and funny to see how it works, for cops they do now have a much better reason to patrol 2 and 2
