I didn't know where to put this (didn't want to mail, so witnesses can confirm) so I put it here.

Today, while performing drugbusts with other units, we managed to get a deal with ScorpZ_Cems. The meeting went on at Unity Station, and I was in a car at GS9. Dedi_Mraz was also somewhere in LS, coming to GS9 to help us get the dealer. The command was given to move in. We moved in, tazing ScorpZ_Cems, who fell to the ground.

A few moments later, he got up and ran away. We managed to taze him again. This time the undercover officer did it multiple times, making ScorpZ's heart to stop. He was dead, after minutes of CPR and treatment. I took the drugs from his body, which we found after searching.

He started sending them over. After a while, he got up. I didn't pay much attention to it, because I was thinking he didn't like the animation, or had problems with his camera or anything. A few moments later, his pal comes with a car, helping him in. HE COULD WALK WHILE BEING DEAD! Another friend killed me.

I contacted ScorpZ afterwards, to tell him I still expected him to give the drugs (he also said after getting up "/me gives all the drugs" (or something like it). He said I died, and his friend took the drugs off my body. The witnesses never heard of it ([AV]Pazienza, Dedi_Mraz & [AVt]Gecko). He said I should get a log check to confirm it.
I still don't have all his drugs, but just the half of the weed...

He didn't even start sending the heroin (The 250 I have is from other busts, and I also had like 200 weed). He refuses to give the remaining drugs, although I took all (and he also "gave all"). He RPed to be dead, but managed to stand up and walk... How weird?

I hope ScorpZ still gives the remaining drugs, without increasing this fussle... If not, I hope Gandalf and/or Aragorn (or anyone else) will help me retreive the drugs.
I'd like [AV]Pazienza, Dedi_Mraz and [AVt]Gecko to confirm my story. Also I would like to have a log check on the "taking the drugs off me", from NapStar.

Wow, that's some selfish type of reaction he got there. Anyway, non-rp is allowed.
But he have to give the drugs back to Thomas Crof. and he may have to face the consequenses with Gandalf/Aragorn too.
I am sure he wont go un punished from this, atleast from a this high amound of narcotics.

If cops frisked you and took drugs - you must give it... If you do not want to be caught - store it in home or hotel room (that is why it exists)...

It's a quote from Aragorn. He posted this in an unban request of a player that also refused to give his drugs (also to me, but that doesn't matter).

Hereby I confirm all what Thomas said, and I'd like to say something else.

I found him as suspect a while after the bust with his friend Wash. I frisked him and he still had 2705 Weed and 3364 heroin. While I was trying to cuff him he escaped and tried to kill us with tec9's. I tazed him multiple times but he kept running to the nearest car. After a quite long chase (kinda difficult without blips) his car blew up with him inside (maybe he remained inside on purpose.. )

After reading what Pazienza wrote, I strongly suggest ScorpZ to hand over the drugs as soon as he can.
Players have been banned for not handing over the drugs! It's not a threat, it's a fact.

Its True... He had to give all drugs that were found, If that didnt happen, its Clearly considered as rule breaking.
