GTA 4 Doesnt work why?

This is my computer. So if i buyed gta 4 i tough i gonna play the game nice whit very high graphics i buyed this pc cuz i wanted to play every game that comes ou for the next 2 years good. But GTA 4 rams it dont work i cant even drive.. The game turns like matrix even on the lowest graphics. Even gta sa on highest settings ramms i need to play sa on this computer on medium settings to turn it right. Why PC is not good? Was not good maded. My old pc was sucky so i buyed a news one  i buyed alote of money now this sucks to?

I wouldn't be suprised because that graphics card sucks IMO. It's the same problems with all ready-built PC's
by "general stores" because they dont know shit about computers. You got high-end processor, you got 4x more memory
you would ever need, but your graphic card is huge bottle-neck for the rest of the components.
Although I dont think that is your problem, HD4650 should still be good enough to play SA on high graphics.

Have you tried to install the latest graphic drivers?

No its even marix on lowest graphics... And when i put lowest settings my computer says settings to low for the graphic card... So gta 4 laggs  alote even if i did the test on internet if my computer fit whit the game the site gave me a 10/10 even a 10/10 on maximum recoired settings wierd..
