Download IMGtool 2.0 and uhm.. search for some IMGtool tutorial on google

Just use the SAMI file then, if you don't get IMGtool.

Well as i figured out, i need to replace the current skin .img with the mod pack one, well the problem is, i can't find the "classic" ones...
