The headline is saying in capital letters, ''GANG LEADER ARRESTED FOR MURDER''.


Yesterday the Los Santos Police Department got a 911 call around 6.30 PM. The suspect, whose name is Julian Mendez, was arrested earlier yesterday for murdering a police officer in the southern part of El Corona, Los Santos by using an illegal firearm. Mendez was later identified as the notorious leader of a local hispanic street gang, and was wanted for several crimes such as murder, attempted murder and possession of illegal firearms and narcotics. The police say that the suspect was simply called his last name ''Mendez'' on the street and was known for his both smooth and brutal ways of running things on the street.

The reporter of the crime, an american man in the mid-20's who wish to keep his identity secret, witnessed the murder of the police officer. According to him, Mendez then started to chase him when he noticed the man, to leave no witnesses of the murder. The man got away and then called the police using a payphone in Commerce. The police later arrested Mendez and confiscated the firearm used in the murder. The firearm was a Mac-10 sub-machinegun. When arresting the notorious gang leader, the police raided his house. In the raid, they found a whole arsenal of weapons. The guns they found was 3 Glock 19 handguns, a Sawn-off shotgun, a Pump-Action shotgun, 3 UZI's, 2 AK-47's, a Semi Automatic Rifle and a M4 Carbine hidden in a big closet in the house. All without license. The police also found a bag containing 50 grams of heroin, a bag containing 100 grams of marijuana and $25,000 in cash.

Julian Mendez is now serving a sentence in the high-security San Andreas State prison.

At around 6:30 am, the SWAT Unit of the ARPD raided the house of Felipe Calderon, a Gangbanger known for his Violence, and his drugdeals around the city of Los Santos. As the cops stormed in, the suspect fired a few shots towards the incoming croud of Policemen, and hit one of the Officers in the chest.
The LSPD, fired back, and killed Felipe Calderon with two shots to the chest.

Carlos Herrera read the newspaper and saw the name " Julian Mendez " arrested. He quickly go to his Voodoo and drive to Las Venturas. Now Carlos Herrera is hiding in some warehouse around Las Venturas.
