II: SKRA is a group where you can confess your wrong-doings, and vent your evil desires.

III: SKRA meetings are held whenever the Group Leader, Tye is in the country, he also can appoint an acting Group Leader in the event he can not make it.

IV: SKRA meetings are held usually behind the Los Santos City Hall.  If any unforseen events occur, and the meeting can't be held behind LSCH, then they will be held at 422 Northern Lights Road, Hashbury, San Fierro.

V: SKRA was made so a group of people, bound by a common interest, can converse and vent their feelings or desires.
