Why I considered an Unfair Advantage ? Yes, solving the issue, so people woud know is it allowed or not, since even admins are not sure is it against rules or not, many of them told me it is, many of them told me its not. Personally, I think that this is irritating. The number one scene for shootouts because of its secure, one main opening and high fence wall also happens to be a hospital catered for the shooters.

An ambulance takes time to respond that far, the police officer knows that he can't call the ambulance near the site for public safety, running from cover to get around a corner to get to the ambulance is much different then /enter, walk, /buy milk, /exit, and start shooting.

Once the officer leaves cover, he is exposed until he gets to a corner, when the suspect /enter, and he is completely safe from harm.

If the officer is using a car for cover, he can't use it to get to the medic, for 2 main reasons. 1, he would lower the amount of cover and possibly leave the suspects a wider way to escape, 2, the vehicle could very easily be shot and explode, both ruining his cover, and transportation, and possibly furthering his injuries.

On a serious note, I agree with Cofi, law enforcement gets to return after death, so just spawn reset outside SFPD for a Gvardia shootout.  Or, set a ambulance(have a officer be one) not far from the HQ, like the the west side of the Vank Hoff hotel.  Just have the ambulance refund people.  This isn't that hard to plan out.

Police can return after death because they are a police force, consisting of a large number of units.

This isn't a real life server (Or a pirate one  :roll:) but the server does have a degree of realism. So, perhaps if a police officer is in a police car, he can heal himself with a first aid kit? It may just be first aid, but if you can drink milk and regain from bullet wounds. . . .

There are also normally 2-5 suspects remaining outside keeping the police from gaining entry. . . .

Considering the food place is a real business, and is supposed to have the food, no.

Reguardless, the HQ shouldn't have the bar in it anyway, as mentioned above. I hope it is fixed, soon.

Perfectly valid in my eyes, the interior is a house interior and not a business one.
I specifically organise AR Complex fights so that we have a quick jump to the HP in the business, and I strategically lock it so that cops cannot use my business for this whilst we are not actually inside.

Cops should storm the house if this is happening.

Have you ever thought a large percent of those inhabitants shouldn't be cop-killers hold up in a compound? Have you ever thought that police should not have to pay for armour because it is standard issue? Or that Kevlar vests can't actually be bought by a store legally, so they should be removed for non-police? Or that perhaps the mint should be state property, and Gvardia should find a new home? Or that an observatory shouldn't be a home, but should be an observatory? Etc, etc, etc.

I never said I wanted more realism, I said that there IS realism.

And police forces in such a large city such as San Fierro, Los Santos, or Las Venturas would be exceptionally large.

There is nothing wrong with the police returning. Their lack of ability to not die constantly was shown during the test where they couldn't return.
It was like a bloody execution, I tell you. After I had diapatched the lot I had to jump off a building as I had murdered every cop in the entire world and could not get cancelsuspected (in RS3).
Not good.

In return for the cops generally being suicidal kamikaze gunners, they are allowed to return to, once again, kamikaze at us and try once again to be an hero.

The mafia should have the feeling of no way out. That is the point of surrounding the place, the police can run to an ambulance, but it will lower the integrity of the blockade. Plus, their bar is not supposed to be existant.
