Just a thought, would we be able to "Lease" businesses? Because that would help new ppl be able to experience having one without having to grind away for a long time...+more ppl will want to come into the server, thus influencing gorwth :]

Again, just a thought...Like wise for houses, morgage them maybe?(Pay off slowly)                             

Below is the mall...(Also another place across the street that people may lease, if applicable...)

Sounds like a good idea, would give people the option to see if it is somthing that they would be interested in.  If this does increase people joining the server and playing by the rules then we would have a better economy!  haha anyways. I like the idea!
