and when i try to save game it need serial number and when i try to log in windows live from gta iv it say samething

That is GFW (f**ked up shit called Games for WIndows live)

i tell you what : get inside the game and when it says press HOME on keyboard after that it will show you GFW screen THEN log out(if you have an acc) if you don't have press create OFFLINE acc when you create it GFW will not bug you and ask again

The shaky screen is the drunken camera, often toggled constantly on in piracy versions. Solution? Go buy the game, dont illegally download it.

btw i installed sp3 too
