Problem with Microsoft .NetFramework 3.5

hey whats up guys  :help:
My problem is about Microsoft .NetFramework 3.5
I cant setup it when i open it , it start downloading then it looks start download from begin and sometime later
it start setup and i see loading line then in half it say there is problem while setup but i can do guys ? :S
btw I have McAfee VirusScan Enterprice ver. 8.7i

What OS do you have and what SP ???? Did you deleted your previous Net Framework ????

My sp 2 but i ill instal sp3 for gta iv So we can say sp3 but what is OS?
btw its first setup for netframe work

I suggest you get SP3 fast aor change to Windows 7 cuz Net framework glances on that OS

from Microsoft.com it tell me that (The page cannot be displayed) lol its microsoft guys must be open all the day How come
Mybe problem in my Internet explore so i installed FireFox And here we come its same problem
what can i do guys :O
