Why do you want to be a tester?: I'll be honest with this one. I want to help find out bugs for RS4.1 as I did back on RS4.0 Alpha and Beta so that the developers can fix them, and I'm also somewhat curious about the new improvements. I might be able to give good suggestions as well in certain situations.
