1. Will ALL the dual weapons be single-handed, or only the 9mm?
2. Will cars be able to blow up by shooting even if there's noone inside?
Hope not, because then you can't really place up a car as cover in a fight. D:
1. There is now a new function in the SAMP 0.3 Script tools called
SetPlayerSkillLevel so all weapons will now have skill levels, if Argonath devs decide to put this in, then the problem with the dual weapons will not exist. Although I think that if no weapons skills are set, you do not get dual weapons.
