No, they respond to everyone, if your trying to implement that they only speak with Admins, I can remember numerous times that I have PMed Aragorn and Gandalf when I wasen't a Admin and they have responded.

The owners are not people who sit in the corner giving orders - you PM them, they PM back.

A few months ago i told gandalf or xcasio bout an account when will it be free, they responded like in 2 months time or sumthing. so it is possible for that account to expire.
AND, when Flameman left AV he was Flam3man for a while and now he just has Flameman.

Obviously not, when you change your name, no account is deleted or created. Your current account file is what changes.

And names should not be reserved to players. As far as I am concerned you can use something like _Lethal_.
