Danny you should be putting some more information in your first so we could have a nice discussion going. Now it is shit, no offense  .
For instance, you should atleast put the link of the rockstar website, because some idiots here are thinking you are talking about the clan. This is the link: http://www.rockstargames.com/.
Now everybody knows that GTA SA isn't even listed on the website. I think that is way you started this topic in the first place?
Anyway...I am sure the Research and Development Division of Rockstar is fully aware of SAMP and the activity. They must have made the decision not to do anything major with it. Usually in companies like these you have a lot of freelancers working on multiple other projects for other companies so they are not making the time to make a real community out of the game series they are making. And game companies are usually being run by a few rich indiviuals that don't have a lot of game knowledge and aren't aware how important a community really is, which is why they don't bother with it. Another example of that is Ubi. That is a shame though. That is why it is up to people like us to make it for ourselves.
That is for the best. Look at Counter-Strike  . It is a great game without a doubt. But the reason why it became big is because of the community. Competitions (ladders/tournaments), websites (forums), voice programs, mIRC. That is what the game became so big in the first place. Not because it was such a good game, but because of the community. Look at any big server on SAMP, those are servers that really have a community of their own. There have been competitions, like a so-called 'Best clan ladder on GTA SA', that is only helping people get more involved with other servers, which means more websites. We need that to keep this thing going or it will dry up fast in a few years, like any other game.

No, it's illegal so they can't support it or help create it. If SA:MP was made legal...the SA:MP team would have to pay millions in licensing to be allowed by law to create it.

It breaches copyright laws and the terms of use agreement, which we ALL ACCEPTED. Just by playing SA:MP we are breaching the terms of use agreement between ourselfs and the creating company. The main reason it is illegal because they had to reverse engineer SA to create SA:MP, and according to Rockstar, that isn't allowed .

No, if Rockstar made it then the development would be faster, less problematic and have proper fucking protection a dedicated team which SA:MP fail to have....

SA:MP is developed by other people's project which finally granted from Rockstar Games®
And also, as you can see on loading screen of SA:MP, u see the sponsors and etc. by Rockstar Games®

It's impossible that Rockstar Games® doesn't know SA:MP,
coz it's has been released 3 years, and a lot of people are playing it

This mean, the SA:MP didn't got banned by law/copyright or what ever
and has been granted by Rockstar Games®
