I can describe the problem myself, because I've had it many times.

You click on the icon, and that circular animation appears that indicates that it's 'busy' - it appears for like 1-3 seconds and vanishes. Nothing happens, right?

youre not the only one whose had this issue, i also have dealt with it, but his actual game has an issue, even single player wont run..
Mango, will any other games work? or is it just Ssn Andreas that wont run?

Ok, ive got 3 Solutions to your problem which go as follows:

Solution Number 1:
Shoot the PC if it wont work


Solution Number 2:
Use it for what its good for


Solution Number 3:
Im still trying to find out the cause of this issue, ill let you know when ive found a solution

Try a system recovery. Reinstall it, see what happens.

theres no way to do a system restore -.-
his PC was just formatted and rebuilt, so there will be absolutely No Restore Points available...

Perfect explain: You downloaded broken GTA Or your disc has scratch on it wich is covering up a FILE that you need to run GTA SA
Perfect soloving method: DOWNLOAD A GTA SA FROM TORRENT OR ANY SITE, If needed I can give you links in MSN -.-

The disk is 100% legal, And in perfect condition.

Torrents wont work, its not the game itself, its the PC thats preventing it playing. Perhaps due to me
buying a new graphics card.
